St. Charles Boutique offers a Unique Avenue for Women to Look and Feel their best

Jeans and a Cute Top Shop, (JCTP) has been providing Chicago suburban women with a friendly boutique, packed daily with hand picked offerings of wearable clothing for the past four years, and they keep developing great ways to help women look and feel their best. Outfitting women in Wheaton since 2009, JCTS opened their second location in St. Charles 14 months later and recently opened another location in Downers Grove. Owners Jill and Richard Card continue to bring unique and exciting apparel and opportunities to suburban woman.

“My clients range from 35-60, but really, all ages can find something in our boutique,” states Jill Card. “I want to offer high fashion that makes customers look and feel their best while being affordable and wearable.”

In addition to bringing fashionable attire to the western suburbs, Jill Card enjoys presenting reputable members of the community to her patrons.
