The St. Charles Youth Commission has extended the deadline for turning in applications for its annual “Challenge Grant” Program to Monday, Dec. 17, 2012.

The focus of this year’s Challenge Grant program is:  “Make a Better Tomorrow Today.” Guidelines are outlined and included in the application. Application forms still are available at most school locations, the St. Charles Municipal Center, and on the city’s website at www.stcharlesil.gov.
