Crash Slows Traffic in Downtown St. Charles
Vehicles collide in early afternoon at Routes 64 and 31.
St. Charles police were called to Routes 64 and 31 about 1:10 p.m. Thursday for an accident. There were no reports of injuries.
Police said later Thursday the drivers declined to file reports on the accident. There were no injuries.
