Ted,
Alnog with Ald Payleitner, I am the current sitting alderman and would be consider the incumbent. My opponent is a former alderman whom I defeated 8 years ago.

Hmmmm, I hope the people of the 2nd Ward correct the mistake they made 8 years ago and put back in office someone whose background as a CPA will enable him to keep a better handle on the financial problems that are and will be facing the City of St. Charles.

Steve, you are right. Art Lemke is a man who is attuned to both what the people want and the economic and budgetary issues that are currently and will be facing St. Charles.
