SUNDAY, DEC. 30, 2012

Main St., with disorderly conduct/public drunkenness, resisting a peace officer and violation of bail bond. Police who were downtown for bar closing said Okerblad approached an officer and demanded a ride home, and the officers informed him he should call a cab. He continued to press the issue in what police called a confrontational manner and would not back down after being told repeatedly to call a cab or someone for a ride home. Police cited him with disorderly conduct/public drunkenness and said he initially refused to cooperate when asked for his identification, then refused to take the ticket and his identification once the citation was written. When officers handcuffed him, police said he resisted getting into a squad car. He was transported to the Kane County Jail on a charge of violating his bail bond related to a Dec. 7 incident in which he was charged with public intoxication and resisting a peace officer. He was being held pending a court appearance.

A police officer grabbed Nuccio after he was pushed out the third time, and said Nuccio resisted. The Pub told police Nuccio left after last call and was denied re-entry. According to the report, he was trying to go back inside to get his jacket. Police said a woman friend of Nuccio brought his jacket to him as he was being taken into custody. He was released after posting $150 cash bond and a $50 booking fee pending a Jan. 10, 2013, court appearance.
