St. Charles Patch is awesome! As you can see, Nick is a first-rate journalist. He's also a great friend and a great guy. I'm the editor of the Patch next door, in Geneva. I've lived in the Tri-Cities all my life and served as editor of The St. Charles Republican in the '80s and '90s, and I can tell you that St. Charles is getting one heck of a hyper-local news source and an amazing editor in Nick Swedberg. I love the Craig Brueske sports stories, the outstanding graphics and the quality of the news reporting on St. Charles Patch. Most of all, I love the fact that this news source is all St. Charles, all the time. St. Charles residents have got to love it, too!
