Today in St. Charles: Plan Commission Takes Up Overlay District

The St. Charles Plan Commission is scheduled tonight to hold two public hearings on an array of proposed changes related to the downtown.


The commission meets at 7 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Center, 2 E. Main St.


The commission and Community Development Department staff have been working on proposed changes to the overlay district involving permitting, special uses and exemptions.
