A concert in memory of Julie Berls will be held at Lincoln Park in St. Charles this coming Saturday, July 20th from 2-6 pm. This event is open to the public. There will be music, raffles, tie-dye, food, games and more! All proceeds will benefit the Julie Berls Memorial Scholarship which provides an annual scholarship to a graduating senior at St. Charles East High School intending to major in Education. Julie had just graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Elementary Education when she was tragically lost in a car accident on December 31, 2011.
