Expect temperatures to be in the 20s for much of the next week, with lows that will be dropping into the single digits.
The first day of winter isn’t until Dec. 21, and despite temperatures that hit the 50s on Wednesday, daily highs this time of year are about 37 and average lows are 20.
Well, for the next week, the daily highs in Wheaton will be closer to the average lows, and the daily lows are going to be lower.
So pay attention to what your Mom used to tell you: Dress warmly, in layers, and don’t lick any flagpoles. It’s going to be cold.
