This one's at the corner of Third and State in front of Starbucks and has been painted with coffee cup images and other java-related art.
The hydrant-painting is part of the city's Art on Fire program, which drew 52 entries in this, its inaugural year.
Ace Hardware is donating half-pint paint colors to full-sized artists.
The city's Public Arts Advisory Committee is judging the designs and will hand out awards later this month.
