Steeple Walk

GENEVA CULTURAL ART COMMISSION'S POPULAR STEEPLE WALK RETURNS FOR THIRD YEAR.

As part of the always popular weekend in Geneva that begins each years's Christmas Season, the Steeple Walk returns Sunday afternoon December 4th, from 2-4:30.  Now in its third year sponsored by the Geneva Cultural     Arts Commission, it features a variety of seasonal music concerts at four Geneva churches, all within comfortable walking distance.

The four churches and related music groups are:Geneva Lutheran Church: Geneva High School Jazz Choir, United Methodist: Chamber Orchestra from Larkin High School Visual and Performing Arts Academy, Unitarian Universalist Society:Cardboard Hearts, First Church Christ, Scientist: The Misty River Music Makers

Two audience groups attend 20 minute concerts played simultaneously at the Methodist and Lutheran churches, and change places.  They then move to the last performances in the Unitarian and Christian Science churches opposite each other on Second Street.  Guides lead each group.

Tickets  cost $12.00 and are available after November 15th at the Geneva History Center and through Pay Pal.
