Jersey Mike's Sub Shop Location Coming Soon in St. Charles Includes Fundraiser in Grand Opening

The grand opening of a new Jersey Mike's Subs shop at 2540 E. Main St. in St. Charles on 10 a.m. April 20 will start a five-day fundraiser for St. Charles East High School and Wasco Baseball at the eatery.
During April 20-24, customers who bring in a coupon and make a minimum donation of $1 will receive a free sub sandwich. More than 6,000 coupons are being distributed throughout the community.
The St. Charles location is the second in the area recently opened by Jim Shipman, who also founded one in Geneva. He said various fundraisers have already been organized through the Geneva shop.
“We feel that this is the best way for us to give back to our community,” Shipman said.
More than 500 Jersey Mike’s shops are either open or in development throughout the country.
