Morning Yoga
This class of athletic flow yoga is based on the Ashtanga Yoga tradition. Sessions cover variations of Sun Salutation to generate heat and build strength and stamina. Core strength and conditioning is a major focus using arm balances, inversions, standing and seated postures. Flexibility and controlled breathing is worked throughout the class.
