Please join us for a concert in the park in memory of Julie Berls, life long resident of St. Charles. There will be music, raffles, food, tie-dye, games and more! All proceeds will benefit the Julie Berls Memorial Fund which provides an annual scholarship to a graduating senior at St. Charles East High School who is intending to major in education. Julie had recently graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Elementary Education when she was tragically lost in a car accident n December 31, 2011.
