Taize Prayer Service

St. Charles Episcopal
Church, 994 N. 5th Avenue (Rte. 25), St. Charles, invites the community
to experience a Taize Prayer Service on Thursday, July 11th at 7:00
p.m. Worship in the style of Taize, a monastic community in central
France, is a quiet, simple way of prayer, designed for people of all Christian
traditions. These meditative services include simple chants sung repeatedly,
rich silence, and prayers of praise and intercession. St. Charles
Episcopal Church offers Taize prayer on the second Thursday of each month
throughout the year.

St. Charles Episcopal
Church celebrates three Sunday morning Eucharist services. For more information
about the outdoor labyrinth, outreach opportunities, and youth and adult
education classes, visit http://www.stcharlesepiscopal.org
