Women's Breakfast & Cooking Demonstration

Join us for a fun breakfast and cooking demonstration on Thursday, January 9th as we kick off 2014 with new ideas and practical tips for healthy eating in a hectic world, with special guest Ricki Giersch from "Fruitful Cooking".

the month from 9:15-11:15am.
