This year marked the Kick-A-Thon’s 20th anniversary, and mmany former drill team members returned to kick for the event. More than 160 community kickers also participated by kicking and raising money for the American Cancer Society and Living Well Cancer Resource Center in Geneva.

This year's Kick-a-thon paid special tribute to many local people who have lost their battles with cancer. The drill teams would like to thank the chairmen of the event, Molly McCraney, Roseanne Grenfell and Diana Artman, along with many other parents from both high schools for the many months of planning.

Join us next year on Friday, Oct. 17, 2014 for the 21st annual Kick-A-Thon, which will be held at the St. Charles North High School Stadium between the sophomore and varsity Cross-Town Classic football game.
