Charlestown Mall

Is there a way we can voice our opinion as to what we would like to see go into this mall? With Geneva Commons losing good stores, and the east side be taken over by Walmart and Target it would be lovely to have some change from that. Smaller specialty shops, perhaps even a Whole Foods.
