Blotter: Pair Arrested for Public Drunkenness
The following arrest information was supplied by the St. Charles Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Couldn't find a cab
Tristian K. Schrey, 22, of 973 S. Millwood, Streamwood, and Ellen M. Boorazanes, 31, of 2608 Hansford Ave., Batavia, were cited for public drunkenness on March 18, according to a report. An officer found the two in a partial state of undress in a parking lot in the 100 block of West Main Street. When questioned, Boorazanes spoke with slurred speech and said they had tried, unsuccessfully, to get a cab to Batavia.

Kenneth C. Jennejahn, 21, of 902 Wildwood Ct., St. Charles, was cited for public drunkenness on March 18, according to a police report. An officer allegedly found Jennejahn yelling with slurred speech in the 0-100 block of North Third Street. The office could smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Jennejahn.

Walter McElvenny, 26, of 3757 Rivera Dr., Slidell, LA, was cited for having an open bottle of alcohol in a public place, according to a police report.
