Hot Pink Bike with Streamers Stolen

A black-and-hot pink bicycle was reported stolen Aug. 23 from the area behind a downtown bar. The victim told police the bike had been locked and stored under the staircase at the business, but the lock had been cut by workers who needed to move it.

The woman told police that she was unaware the lock had been cut and did not replace it. It is described as a Huffy brand mountain bike with pink streamers and handlebars and also was covered in mud. The victim said she did not have a serial number for it. The value of the bike is estimated at $150.
