St. Charles Police Arrest Batavia Man for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Here is an item from the St. Charles police blotter.

A Batavia man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after police observed several people sitting in a compact car on the top level of the west-side parking garage on the night of April 5.

Xavier Irvin Stege, 18, of 633 Hamilton Way, was arrested by St. Charles police after he allegedly admitted to police that he had placed a small gray bag containing two pipes for smoking marijuana underneath the front passenger seat of the car.
