Police Blotter: public Drunkeness, Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor Handled by St. Charles Police

The following arrest information was supplied by the St. Charles Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Drunkenness

A Batavia man, Keenan Robert Trashani, 21, was issued a ticket for public drunkenness after St. Charles police officers discovered Trashani being physically supported by three of his friends on 3rd Street. According to a police report officers observed Trashani yell at his friends to let him go and when they did he stumbled to the ground. Officer approached and spoke to Trashani and saw he was visibly intoxicated, according to the report. Trashani was issued a ticket for public intoxication

St. Charles officers pulled 20-year-old Tiffany Marie Zalazinski, 744 Benedetti Dr. #112 after observing poor driving near the 1900 block of Main Street. According to the police report officers noted Zalazinski driving making multiple “small” lane violations. She was pulled after driving partly off the road. According to the report Zalazinski allegedly attempted to mask the odor of alcohol by spraying perfume before opening her door to officers. She was issued a field sobriety test which she failed. Officers cited her for consumption of alcohol by a minor and for lane violations.

Unresponsive Man Found

On April 24 St. Charles officers discovered an unconscious Daniel Thomas Jablonski, 27, 204 N. 15th St., on Main Street.  According to the police report a tube with unknown pills and 4 unused syringes found on his person. Jablonski was unresponsive and sent to Delnor Hospital in Geneva.

According to the report police were unable to determine what kind of pills were discovered and opted to not pursue prosecution.
