The following arrest information was supplied by the St. Charles Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Man charged with giving fake name

Javier Moyotl, 36, of St. Charles was charged with obstructing identification after he went to the St. Charles Police Department around 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 12 to pick up his car which had been impounded the previous night as part of a traffic arrest. He eventually acknowledged to being Javier, leading police to arrest him on the obstruction charge. Police also had to rewrite an arrest report relating to the earlier traffic stop, police said.
