Police: Burglary at Batavia Jimmy John's, $1K Missing

The following arrest information was supplied by the Batavia Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

7:45 a.m.—Burglary

A burglary was reported at a restaurant on Batavia's west side.

Signs of forced entry were reported at the Batavia Jimmy John's, 9 N. Randall Rd., according to a police report.

The incident was discovered at about 6 a.m. March 4. The office door was found open and cash drawers sat out empty.

A file drawer was forced opened and more than $1,000 was estimated missing, the report said.
