UPDATE: Police Find Body in West Chicago

An unresponsive man was discovered on school grounds Tuesday morning.

Editor's note: This post was updated Tuesday evening with the name of the man in this incident, and findings of the police investigation thus far.

Investigators are not certain what caused the death of a 22-year-old West Chicago man on Tuesday.

The autopsy on Miguel Quinones was inconclusive, said Mike Uplegger, deputy police chief, on Tuesday night.

Quinones was discovered on the grounds of West Chicago Middle School, 238 E. Hazel St., at 11:27 a.m. Tuesday. Police reported to the eastern edge of the school's campus near Lester and Bishops streets and found Quinones unresponsive.

Quinones was later pronounced dead, according to a West Chicago Police Department bulletin. Foul play in this death is not suspected, Uplegger said.

Police will wait on Quinones' toxicology report, which will take about six weeks, Uplegger said.
