St. Charles Alcohol Arrests, Citations: Public Drunkenness, Urination

SUNDAY, OCT. 6, 2013


Public Drunkenness


Sean P. Fleter, 33, of the 600 block of Providence Lane, Crystal Lake, was cited at 1:25 a.m. at 105 E. Main St., on a charge of disorderly conduct-public drunkenness. A police officer saw Fleter grab some flowers from a potter plant in front of The Arcada Theatre, 105 E. Main St., and then throw the flowers at the theater. The officer ordered to return the flowers to the pot and issued the citation.


Underage Consumption of Alcohol


Brady R. Prince, 20, of the 1100 block of Pine Valley Road, South Elgin, was cited at 1:13 a.m. at a home on the 1200 block of West Main Street, where police were called to assist after an ambulance was called for a man who had passed out. Police say Prince was awake when officers arrived and declined transport to an area hospital.

Public Urination


Marc T. Meyer, 32, of the 1300 block of Madison Avenue, was cited at 11:50 p.m. on the 200 block of Walnut Avenue with public urination.

Public Drunkenness


Jacob A. Mokrycki, 31, of the 1800 block of Thurow Street, Sycamore, was cited at 11:50 p.m. on the 200 block of Walnut Avenue with disorderly conduct-public drunkenness.
