St. Charles Alcohol Arrests: Three Cited with DUI

DUI, Other Charges
Kelly K. McGroarty, 39, of the 900 block of Prairie Street, was charged at 1:19 a.m. on the 500 block of Prairie Street with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol concentration greater than .08, and improper lane use. Police said her blood-alcohol concentration was .106. She was released on her own recognizance pending a Nov. 21, 2013 court appearance.

DUI, Other Charges
Jason Nathaniel Jones, 33, of the 2100 block of Maple Avenue, Hanover Park, was charged at 10:58 p.m. on the 2000 block of West Main Street with DUI, DUI with a blood-alcohol concentration greater than .08, and speeding-53 in a 35 mph zone. Police said his blood-alcohol concentration registered at .135. He posted his driver’s license and was released on his own recognizance pending a Nov. 21, 2013 court appearance.

DUI, Speeding
Jennifer A. Benjamin, 41, of the 39W100 block of Longmeadow Lane, was charged at 10:43 p.m. on the 1300 block of West Main Street with DUI, and speeding-42 in a 30 mph zone. She was released on her own recognizance pending a Nov. 21, 2013 court appearance.
