St. Charles Man Faces Sex Abuse Charge
Julian A. Ozer was arrested Dec. 11 on charges in Ogle County.
Ogle County authorities have charged Julian A. Ozer, 22, of St. Charles, has been charged with criminal sexual abuse, the Kane County Chronicle reports.
Ozer was arrested Dec. 11, 2013, by the Ogle County Sheriff’s Office, according to the Chronicle, which reports he was being held in jail in lieu of $15,000 bond pending a Jan. 13, 2014 court appearance.
