St. Charles Police Arrest Man for Domestic Battery in Public Intersection

Here is an item from the city police blotter.

William Eugene Henard, 42, of 313 Bowman St. in St. Charles was arrested for domestic battery on March 22. According to a report, police responded to an anonymous call about a man and a woman fighting at the intersection of Third and Prairie streets in St. Charles. The victim reportedly did not file a compliant but police arrested Henard because he allegedly admitted to the battery and because it in was in a public intersection.
