Warrant Arrest


Talisha L. Davis, 31, of the 1600 block of Indiana Street, was arrested at 1:41 a.m. at her home on an unspecified warrant. Details of her arrest and disposition were not immediately available.

License Plate Stolen


A resident of the 1200 block of Winners Cup Circle reported at 12:04 p.m. that someone had stolen the rear license plate of his wife’s car on Nov. 14 or Nov. 15, 2013. The vehicle, he told police, had been parked in the garage of their residence and believes the plate was stolen while the vehicle was at Dreyer Medical Clinic in Aurora, Chili’s in North Aurora, or in the Dreyer Medical Clinic parking lot on the 3000 block of West Main Street in St. Charles.


Warrant Arrest


Nuri Jasarovski, 36, of the 1100 block of Cape Cod Lane, Pingree Grove, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. at 1545 W. Main St. on an unspecified warrant out of Pingree Grove. He was held in the Kane County Jail.

FRIDAY, NOV. 15, 2013


Criminal Property Damage


The St. Charles Park District reported at 12:57 p.m. that someone had torn up sod on three baseball fields at Davis Park, 811 Horne St. The damage was believed to have been done between Nov. 11 and Nov. 15, 2013. The damage was done by a vehicle in the outfields of the ballfields, according to the report. Damage was estimated at $2,000.


Credit Card Arrest


Dhirenkumarharmanbha H. Patel, 45, of the 1500 block of Southgate Road, Bartlett, was charged at 6 p.m. at 2400 E. Main St., with unlawful use of a credit card. Details about his arrest were not immediately available.


Aggravated Battery


Timothy S. Butorac, 35, of the 800 block of South 5th Avenue, was charged at 1:28 p.m. at his home with aggravated battery-great bodily harm. According to police, Butorac had been out with some friends drinking at bars and then returned home. An argument began over noise levels in the home and Butorac got into an altercation with another man. Police said the victim was treated at the scene by paramedics and then taken to Delnor Hospital. Butorac posted $150 cash bond and was released pending a Dec. 6, 2013 court appearance.


THURSDAY, NOV. 14, 2013


DUI


Kevin Joseph Scott, 52, of the 2400 block of Fairfax Road, St. Charles, was charged 1:38 a.m. on the 1400 block of West Main Street with DUI, DUI with a blood-alcohol concentration greater than .08, and speeding-47 in a 30 mph zone. Police said his blood-alcohol concentration registered .098. Scott was released on his own recognizance pending a Dec. 19, 2013 court appearance.
