St. Charles Police Blotter: Arrest on DeKalb County Warrant, Public Urination

Warrant Arrest


Christopher S. Roby, 38, of the 1000 block of Geneva Road, was arrested at 4:53 p.m. after surrendering to the St. Charles Police Department, 211 N. Riverside Drive, on a DeKalb County warrant for failure to appear in court. He posted $500 cash bond and a $75 failure to appear fee and was released pending a Dec. 19, 2013 appearance in DeKalb County Court.

Public Urination


Brendan P. Cullerton, 21, of the 800 block of Blanchard Street, Wheaton, was cited at 2:05 a.m. at 222 W. Main St., with public urination after police saw him enter the back entrance of Pub 222, 222 W. Main St., which was closed. Police saw him urinating on a wall.
