SUNDAY, AUG. 4, 2013


Public Urination


David T. Dressel, 23, of the 500 block of Bristol Court, Carol Stream, was cited at 12:30 a.m. in the 200 block of West Main Street with disorderly conduct-public urination after an officer saw him doing so in a stairwell.


Retail Theft


Nicole Adriana Samudio, 24, of the 100 block of South State Street, Aurora, was charged at 12:45 p.m. at Von Maur, 3810 E. Main St., with retail theft after store employees told police she left without paying for a $149 Coach handbag. She posted $150 cash bond and was released pending a Sept. 12, 2013 court appearance.

Cannabis, Drug Paraphernalia Possession


Daniel J. Vancura, 37, of the 900 block of South 5th Street, was charged at 3:42 a.m. at 121 N. 2nd St. with possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis, and possession of drug paraphernalia. An officer searching the area after a disturbance call found Vancura parked in a lot. Police found the cannabis and glass smoking pipes in his vehicle.

Criminal Trespass


Mark W. Richards III, 19, of the 1400 block of Dean Street, was charged at 6:55 p.m. at 610 S. 1st St. with two counts of criminal trespass. The St. Charles Park District told police that at 7:15 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2, Richards had been by a security officer at Mount St. Mary Park, from which he was permanently banned in July. Richards was arrested the next day when he again was seen at the park about 4:05 p.m. Richards was unable to post bail and was transported to the Kane County Jail pending a court appearance.

Property Damage, Public Drunkenness


Tyler J. Brown, 21, of the 0N600 block of Brandon Boulevard, Winfield, was cited at 2:13 a.m. at 200 Cedar St. with disorderly conduct-public drunkenness. Police were called by The Beehive Pub, 204 W. Main St., on a report of a man who had pulled a “No Parking” sign out of the ground at a parking lot to the east of the establishment at 9 N. 2nd St. Police advised Brown that if the parking lot owner wanted to sign a complaint, who would have to return to the St. Charles Police Department, 211 N. Riverside Drive, for processing.


THURSDAY, AUG. 1, 2013


Underage Possession of Alcohol


Matthew Robert Dean, 20, of the 200 block of Chasse Circle, and Omar Rodriguez, 18, of the 3600 block of Deville Lane, were each cited at 12:49 a.m. at Otter Cove Pool, 3615 Campton Hills Drive, with possession of alcohol by a minor. Police were called to the St. Charles Park District pool on a report of underage drinking in the pool.


Warrant Arrest


Jonathan D. Judson, 32, of the 1300 block of Fox Meadow Court, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. on the 800 block of Timbers Trail on a DuPage County warrant for failure to appear in court on a driving under the influence charge. He was transported to the DuPage County Jail pending a court appearance.
