SUNDAY, APRIL 28, 2013

Public Urination

Neema Saar Aleahmad, 31, of the 7N000 block of Riverside Drive, was cited at 12:38 a.m. with public urination at 9 N. 2nd St. Police on bar patrol said Aleahmad, with an alcoholic beverage in hand, jumped a brick retaining wall to exit a rear patio at An Alley 64 employee gave chase and was joined by an employee of , and followed Aleahmad to a Dumpster area, where he was drinking his drink and urinating on a Dumpster. The employees of the two bars told police they would testify in court against Aleahmad.

Criminal Property Damage

A 51-year-old resident of the 1200 block of South 3rd Street reported at 6:11 p.m. that someone had dented the rear passenger door of her vehicle. Damage was estimated at $250.

Public Drunkenness

Clifford William Blanck, 34, of the 400 block of South 1st Street, was cited at 2:10 a.m. at , with disorderly conduct-public drunkenness after police were called asking that he be removed from the property for the night.

Theft

A 48-year-old toy vendor from Indianapolis who was in St. Charles for an antique toy show at the Kane County Fairgrounds reported at 11:45 a.m. that someone had stolen the car key fob for his Chrysler Town and Country van. According to the report, part of the toy show included a hotel room swap and sale, where vendors display their wares in their hotel rooms and other vendors come to view and buy the items. The key fob disappeared when he left the room unattended. The value of the fob, which electronically locks doors and can set the car’s alarm, was $250.

Disorderly Conduct, Resisting

Jose V. Medina, 39, of the 1600 block of Indiana Street, was charged at 12:26 p.m. in the 1600 block of Indiana Street with disorderly conduct, and obstructing/resisting a peace officer. Police were called at 11:54 a.m. about a disturbance and arrived to find Medina yelling and screaming obscenities at passers-by. Police said he would not stop and was arrested, but resisted while being handcuffed. Police said he continued to resist, requiring officers to force him into the squad car, then requiring they drag him from it when they arrived at the , and resisted officers while being booked. He later posted $150 cash bond and was released pending a June 13, 2013 court appearance.

Retail Theft

Karina Tellez-Barrera, 32, of the 1200 block of South Kings Cross, West Chicago, was charged at 1:38 p.m. , with retail theft after leaving the store with several clothing items from the juniors and intimates departments. No value was reported. She posted $150 cash bond and a $50 booking fee and was released pending a June 6, 2013 court appearance.

Sandra Rodriguez, 34, of the 700 block of Forest Street, West Chicago, was charged at 3:26 p.m. at , with retail theft after the store reported she left without paying for $92.96 in women’s clothing. She posted $150 and was released pending a May 23, 2013 court appearance.

, reported a retail theft at 3:27 p.m. Store loss-prevention personnel told police a male subject left without paying for a red polo shirt. No value was reported.

Retail Theft

Paris Anderson, 24, of the 6000 block of Cottage Grove, Chicago, was charged at 10:44 p.m. at , with retail theft after the store reported she left without paying for two bottles of liquor and assorted baby clothing, all valued at $79.66. She was released on her own recognizance.

Warrant Arrest

Steven Andrew Baxter, 24, of the 100 block of North 15th Street, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. at the LaSalle County Jail in Ottawa, where he was being held on a St. Charles warrant for failure to appear in court. He was transported to St. Charles and was being held pending a court appearance.
