Public Drunkenness, Obstruction

Police released additional information about the arrest of Francesco Anthony Donatone, 23, of the 29W400 block of Lee Road, West Chicago. Donatone was, cited at 1:47 a.m. at The Alibi Bar & Grill, 12 N. 3rd St., with disorderly conduct-public drunkenness. He also was charged with obstruction of a peace officer. According to police, Donatone tried to enter The Alibi at closing time and was denied entry until he said he came to pay his tab. He was allowed to enter but met a group of friends at the door and started to leave. When the doorman asked him about paying his tab, the report states, he used an expletive and pushed past the doorman.
