SUNDAY, OCT. 7, 2012

Driving Under the Influence, Speeding

William Robert Allred, 32, of the 1700 block of Walnut Street, was arrested at 1:31 a.m. at 1300 E. Main St., on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding, 44 in a 30 mph zone. He was released on his own recognizance pending a Nov. 15 court appearance.

SATURDAY, OCT. 6, 2012

Disorderly Conduct/Public Drunkenness

Adam Joseph Gutierrez, 22, of the 300 block of Madison Street, Hampshire, was cited at 2:25 a.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct/public drunkenness at 400 S. 19th St.

Disorderly Conduct/Public Drunkenness

Ronald M. Tuttle, 49, of the 6N100 block of Oakwood Drive, was cited at 2:07 a.m. at 200 State St., on a charge of disorderly conduct/public drunkenness.

Disorderly Conduct/Public Drunkenness

Kenneth C. Jennejahn, 22, of the 900 block of Wildwood Court, was cited at 2:09 a.m. at 99 N. 3rd St.., on a charge of disorderly conduct/public drunkenness.

Public Urination

Dominque D. Gibson, 28, of the 3100 block of Preakness Drive, Aurora, was cited at 1:55 a.m. with public urination at 200 Cedar St.

Aggravated Battery

Charles John Nemec, 23, of the 7N900 block of Brittany Court, was charged at 1:01 a.m. with aggravated battery, criminal trespassing, and disorderly conduct/public drunkenness at The Filling Station, 300 W. Main St. According to police, Nemec punched a South Elgin man in the nose and spat at a Bartlett man, who wrestled him to the ground until police arrived. Police were told Nemec had been kicked out of the bar earlier. Nemec was transported to the Kane County Jail to await a court hearing.

DUI, Multiple Charges

Richard Frederick Foster, 22, of the 6N400 block of Route 31, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated DUI-revoked or suspended license, aggravated DUI-no insurance, possession of cannabis-30 to 500 grams, resisting a peace officer, operating an uninsured vehicle, improper lane use, driving without headlights, driving on a revoked/suspended license, and possession od drug paraphernalia. Police pulled Foster over after seeing him driving without his headlights on in the 1500 block of West Main Street. Foster tried to run away from the officer who arrested him. He was transported to the Kane County Jail to await a court hearing.

FRIDAY, OCT. 5, 2012

DUI

Jennifer E. Johnson, 31, of the 7N000 block of Riverside Drive, was charged at 11:47 p.m. with DUI, DUI with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08, and speeding, 41 in a 25 mph zone. She was arrested on the 1100 block of North 5th Avenue. Police said her blood-alcohol content was .219. She posted bond and was released pending a Nov. 8 court appearance.

Disorderly Conduct/Public Drunkenness

Michael S. Ryan, 21, of the 100 block of Branford Avenue, Batavia, was cited with public intoxication at 2:01 a.m. at North 3rd and West Main streets. According to police, Ryan was running and fell face-first into the intersection, forcing a car to brake quickly to avoid him. He then got up and ran across Main Street away from police, who apprehended him in the 99 block of South 3rd Street. Police said he appeared to be highly intoxicated.

THURSDAY, OCT. 4, 2012

Retail Theft, Cannabis Possession

Ashley Lauren Valentine, 25, of the 300 block of Spring Hill Driver, Roselle, was charged with retail theft, and Michael Erickzander Williams, 20 , of the 700 block of Burnham Lane, University Park, was charged with no valid driver’s license and possession of cannabis. They were arrested at 5:44 p.m. at 1200 E. Main St., after Von Maur, 3810 E. Main St., reported the theft of three bottles of perfume and said the suspect had fled. Valentine posted $1,500 cash and was released pending a Nov. 15 court appearance. Williams also posted $1,500 cash and was released pending a Nov. 15 court appearance.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 3, 2012

Catalytic Converts Stolen

St. Charles Toyota, 2651 E. Main St., reported at 7:55 a.m. the overnight theft of 14 catalytic converters from vehicles at the dealership. No value amount was reported.

Warrant Arrest

Karina Amber Aldrete, 27, of the 100 block of Walnut Drive, was arrested at 9:02 a.m.at 135 Walnut Drive, on three St. Charles warrants for failure to appear in court on a driving under the influence charge, on a leaving the scene of an accident charge and on a driving while license suspended charge. Aldrete posted $1,525 cash bond and was released pending appearances in court on the charges.

Disorderly Conduct

An employee of McNally’s Irish Pub, 109 W. Main St., reported that a customer had been intimidating and threatening.
