SUNDAY, JUNE 9, 2013


Three Cited With Public Drunkenness


Mark R. Graunke, 24, of the 8700 block of West 44th Place, Lyons, Joshua S. Collazo, 24, of the 3600 block of South 58th Court, Cicero, and Nicholas D. Torres, 24, of the 4100 block of Elm Avenue, Lyons, were each cited at 12:28 a.m. at South 1st and Illinois streets  with disorderly conduct-public drunkenness


Barking Dog


Joseph A. Fitzgerald, 52, of the 3700 block of King Charles Lane, was cited at 2 a.m. with creating a nuisance-barking dog.

Public Drunkenness


Laurie L. Christiansen, 54, of the 200 block of Chasse Circle, was cited at 7:27 p.m. at Dunham Road and Muirfield Court with disorderly conduct-public drunkenness.

Two Cited With Retail Theft


Lecrecia Gonzalez, 65, of the 600 block of West Forest Avenue, West Chicago, was cited at 12:15 p.m. and Zoe Hernandez, 43, of the 600 block of West Forest Avenue, West Chicago, was charged at 12:53 p.m. each with one count of retail theft stemming from an incident at Walmart, 150 Smith Road. According to the report, the two women were seen concealing items in their purses and left the store without paying for them. According to the report, Hernandez stole $73 in merchandize, and Gonzalez stole $16 in merchandize. Gonzalez was released with a citation. Hernandez was released on her own recognizance pending a July 5, 2013 court appearance in DuPage County.


Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer


Joseph A. Wessely, 21, of the 700 block of Walton Street, Grayslake, was charged at 5:54 p.m. at 107 N. 15th St., with resisting/obstructing a peace officer after police responded to a disturbance report there. He later was released on his own recognizance.


FRIDAY, JUNE 7, 2013


Cellphone in Construction Zone


Xochtil Gonzales-Mendoza, 31, of the 1100 block of North Farnsworth Avenue, Aurora, was cited at 11:57 p.m. on the 1300 block of East Main Street with using a cellphone in a construction zone, and no driver’s license. She posted $150 cash bond and was released pending a June 27, 2013 court appearance.


Defrauding Drug/Alcohol Screening Test


Dedrick Oneil Glover-Pool, 22, of the 1400 block of Golden Oaks Parkway, Aurora, was charged at 6:39 p.m. at 333 N. Randall Road with defrauding drug and alcohol screeninig tests. Further details were not immediately available. He was being held in the Kane County Jail pending a court appearance..


THURSDAY, JUNE 6, 2013


Battery


Richard Matthew Francis Jr., 48, of the 00-99 block of South 13th Street, was charged at 10:14 a.m. at his home with one count of battery, and one count of battery of a provoking/insulting nature. Police were called to Francis’ home about a dispute about a customer refusing to pay for services. Two carpet cleaning employees told police Francis had bumped into a couple of times with no cause and then punched the employee in the head. According to the report, the carpet cleaning worker did not fight back. Francis told police he was dissatisfied with the carpet cleaning, even after the crew repeated the jon, so he refused to pay and ordered the workers out of his home. When they refused to leave without payment, Francis admitted he shoved one worker but denied punching anyone. The carpet company owner then came and convinced Francis to pay the bill or face an additional charge of theeft of services. Francis paid the bill before his arrest on the battery charges. He later posted bond and was released.


WEDNESDAY, JUNE 5, 2013


Driving Under the Inflence of Alcohol


Raul Lyn Solis, 35, of the 100 block of Railroad Avenue, Moline, was charged at 1:09 a.m. in the 2000 block of East Main Street with driving under the influence of alcohol, disobeying a traffic control device, and no insurance. He was released on his own recognizance pending a June 26, 2013 appearance in Kane County court.
