Retail Theft
Tracy L. Krahn, 46, of the 10N900 block of Maple St., Elgin, was cited at 1:01 p.m. at Meijer, 855 S. Randall Road, with retail theft. According to police, Krahn was detained by the store’s loss prevention officer after existing the store with a half pound of raw shrimp and a package of foam hair color. The combined value of the two items was $18.87. She was released pending a Dec. 27 appearance in Kane County Branch Court.
