St. Charles Police Blotter: Theft, Vehicle Burglaries, Obstruction

SUNDAY, JULY 28, 2013


Retail Theft


Jacque J. Bohorquez, 28, of the 1000 block of Lorlyn Circle, Batavia, was charged at 5 p.m. with retail theft at Meijer, 855 S. Randall Road. According to the police report, Bohorquez left the store without paying for $136.27 in grocery and makeup items. She was released with a notice to appear in court on Aug. 15, 2013.

Public Drunkenness


Timothy M. Ohlich, 23, of the 39W300 block of Woodgate Road, was cited at 1:56 a.m. on North 3rd Street with disorderly conduct-public drunkenness.


Obstructing/Resisting a Peace Officer


Courtney Alisa Welsch, 38, of the 1000 block of West Lawrence Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 1:55 a.m. in the 200 block of West Main Street with obstructing/resisting a peace officer. She was released on her own recognizance pending a Sept. 12, 2013 court appearance.

Obstructing/Resisting a Peace Officer and Battery


Jonathan N. Mabry, 24, of the 7N200 block of Windsor Drive, was charged at 1:47 a.m. on the 200 block of West Main Street with with obstructing/resisting a peace officer an battery. He was released on his own recognizance pending a Sept. 12, 2013 court appearance.


Public Drunkenness


Eduardo Velasco, 22, of the 1900 block of Howe Lane, was cited at 1:24 a.m. on North 3rd Street with disorderly conduct-public drunkenness.


Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol


Carl M. Martens, 31, of the 1700 block of Patricia Lane, was charged at 12:26 a.m. at Walnut and 4th avenues with driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving without lights when required. He posted his driver’s license and $300 cash bond and was released pending an Aug. 28, 2013 court appearance.


Vehicle Burglary


A 27-year-old Belvidere man reported at 12:59 p.m. reported that someone reached through the open window of his silver Ford Explored while it was parked on the 200 block of North 15th Street and stole his wallet containing a credit/debit card and his identification.


Noise Citation


Geoffery K. Sands, 38, representing River Rockhouse, 106 S. Riverside Ave., was cited at 11 p.m. with disorderly conduct-noise.

Cassandra Wagner, 26, representing Pub 222, 222 W. Main St., was cited at 12:02 a.m. with disorderly conduct-noise

Tiffany J. Casiello, 43, representing Alley 64, 212 W. Main St., was cited at 12:15 a.m. with  disorderly conduct-noise.


THURSDAY, JULY 25, 2013

Fighting


Kasandra b. Hileman, 21, of the 800 block of Jefferson Avenue, Elgin, and Jessica A. Bartow, 19, of the 600 block of South Batavia Avenue, Batavia, were each cited at 6:55 p.m. with public fighting at Mount St. Mary Park, 100 Prairie St. Both women were banned from St. Charles Park District property.


TUESDAY, JULY 23, 2013


Vehicle Burglary


A 23-year-old St. Charles man reported at 4:47 p.m. that someone had stolen and undetermined sum of cash, a broken multi-tool, and a magazine for an AirSoft gun from his unlocked Volkswagen vehicle while it was parked overnight  in front of his home on the 1200 block of Horne Street.


Vehicle Burglary


A 19-year-old Maple Park man reported at 12:24 p.m. the theft of an iPod Nano with a yellow case from the seat of his unlocked, silver 2001 Ford F-150 while it was parked that morning at 3550 Stern Ave.

Patina Genevieve Hintt, 29, of the 200 block of South 15th Street, was cited at 10:22 p.m. at 1545 W. Main St., with disorderly conduct-public drunkenness.

Shannon A. Armstrong, 30, representing Alley 64, 212 W. Main St., was cited at 12:50 a.m. with  disorderly conduct-noise.
