Blotter: Arrests for DUI, Shoplifting and More

The following arrest information was supplied by the St. Charles Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

DUI arrest for driver of SUV

Kimberly Louise Renguso, 44, 42W038 Route 64, St. Charles, was arrested on Sept. 25 for drunken driving, according to a report. An officer reportedly saw an SUV, later determined to be driven by Renguso, swerve across the traffic lines without signaling. When the SUV was stopped, the officer allegedly could smell alcohol coming from Renguso’s breath. Tests for intoxication were performed, after which Renguso was arrested and cited for driving under the influence. She refused to take a blood-alcohol level test. Regenuso also was cited for two other traffic violations.

Marvin Leonel Sanchez, 22, of 1620 Indiana St. No. B, St. Charles, was arrested and charged with domestic battery on Sept. 25, according to a police report.

Shoplifting from a big box

Marissa A. Farrand, 24, of 4N687 Lake Circle Northwest, St. Charles, was arrested on Sept. 24 for retail theft, according to a police report. She allegedly took more than $130 in items from Meijer. She was charged with the one count.

Obstructing a police officer

Scott R. Dubzinski, 30, 2907 Coastal Dr., Aurora, was arrested on Sept. 24 for obstructing a police officer, according to a police report. Dubzinski and another man, Matthew R. Skorupski, 28, 959 Sheffer Rd., Aurora, had started to fight when officers tried to break it up. Both he and Dubzinski reportedly had to be pulled to the squad car during their arrest. Skorupski was cited for public intoxication.
