Terrorism Awareness Video Available at St. Charles Police Department

The 10-minute video is being offered to residents and community organizations.

A tape designed to help residents spot potential signs of terrorism is available at the St. Charles Police Department.

"Homeland Security begins at Home—You Can Help," a terroism awareness video, is being made available to St. Charles residents and community organizations, according to a police department news release.

The video's purpose, according to police, is to raise awareness of how acts of terrorism are enacted. Examples of the seven signs of terrorism are demonstrated.

The 10-minute video was prepared by the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy, the Office of Homeland Security and the Illinois Terrorism Task Force.
