Three Sent to Hospital Following Morning Crash

Two male victims were extricated from a vehicle after becoming trapped following an accident Thursday morning at Kirk Road and Hubbard Avenue in Batavia, according to a Batavia Fire Department press release. 

The two male victims that were extricated — along with another male victim injured in the crash and who reported having head pain — were all taken to Delnor Community Hospital for treatment of injuries.  

The crash occurred in the southbound lanes at Kirk Road and Hubbard Avenue about 6:14 a.m. Thursday, according to the news release. 

The vehicles were towed from the scene and Kirk Road was reopened. The accident remains under investigation by the Batavia Police Department.
