Two Geneva Men Arrested After Argument Turns Violent in St. Charles

Here is an item from the city police blotter.

A argument in a bar that spilled out to the street and turned violent in downtown St. Charles resulted in the arrest of two Geneva residents.

Kendal Baker Rusin, 21, of 748 Illinois St. was arrested for battery related to a May 15 incident downtown on Main Street. Vincent M. Parra, 20, of 3247 Border Rd., was arrested for disorderly conduct stemming from the same incident.

According to the police report, officer had found several people fighting in the street. While breaking up the fight, an officer used a Taser to subdue one man. Police later found out that Rusin and Parra allegedly had been kicked out of the bar for getting into a shouting match and that the fight become physical in the street.
