Warrenville Man Charged in 4 St. Charles Rooftop Burglaries

A 29-year-old Warrenville man has been charged with four counts of burglary. 

Police said Anthony R. Ledesma, of 30W151 Foxboro Court in Warrenville, carried out three rooftop burglaries at St. Charles businesses last fall and also burglarized a St. Charles business in March, according to a St. Charles Police Department press release. 

Three of the burglaries were reported between 7:30 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. on Sept. 18 at the following businesses: Foxfield Cleaners, 2778 E. Main St.; DeGeo's Burgers & Gyros, 2704 E. Main St.; and Subway, 2708 E. Main St., according to a news release. 

The final burglary was reported about 8 a.m. on March 19 at the El Diamante Hand Carwash, 606 1st St., according to the news release.

Ledesma was already in custody in the DuPage County Jail on unrelated charges when the burglary charges were filed on June 19 against him. 

Bail has been set at $100,000 in the case.
