Glimmer of Progress Emerges for First Street Development in St. Charles
The City Council grants an extension for Phase III of the project.
The approved an extension earlier this week for the third phase of the First Street redevelopment project.
The extension expires in January and is significantly shorter than the previous year-long extension granted by the City Council. Phase III involves the development riverfront property on the west side of the Fox River.
