St. Charles Opens Warming Center
The St. Charles Municipal Center is open until 4:30 p.m. today; other warming centers include the St. Charles Public Library, Charlestowne Mall, the St. Charles Police Department, and Lazarus House.

The city of St. Charles has opened its warming center in the basement of the Municipal Building, 2 E. Main St., until 4:30 p.m. today.
Residents are encouraged to stay out of the extreme temperatures and wind chill. Other open warming centers in the area include the St. Charles Public Library, Charlestowne Mall, the St. Charles Police Department, and Lazarus House.
