Water-Main Break Closes Small Section of Main Street in St. Charles
City officials expect the section to reopen by 2 p.m. Friday.
A small section of Main Street near Kirk Road will remain closed until 2 p.m. Friday due to a water-main break.
The eastbound, outside lane on Main Street between Lakeside Drive and Kirk Road is under repair because of the break, according to city officials. However, the left and right turn lanes and inside lane are open.
