Create your Vision Board for 2012

Wed., January 11th, 6:00pm to 8:00pm - Make a Vision Board for the 1st Creation Meditation of the Year 2012!  A vision board is a great tool for focusing your intention.  And like a tool, you need to use it for it to work.  On the 1st Creation Meditation of the year 2012, we will be making a vision board & learning how to actually use them.  Herbal tea & light refreshments will be served.  We'll have poster boards, eco glue and old magazines.  Feel free to bring your own poster board & more magazines for clipping.  Free Event - RSVP 630-232-6300

Meditation is a quick and easy solution to clearing the mind, and harnessing our energies to change our lives. It takes a bit of practice, but doing it regularly will make a huge difference in how you feel on a daily basis. It will change the energy within and around you allowing new opportunities to present themselves. It's an amazing turn of events once you start!

Regular meditation classes are every other Wednesday & RSVP is appreciated 630-232-6300. $10 per person. We will increase to every week once the weather breaks.
