St. Charles School District 303 Cancels After-School Activities
Does not include Baker Station, South Elgin Park District and West Chicago Park District after school child care programs conducted in District 303 buildings.
Today’s heavy snowfall has prompted St. Charles Community Unit School District 303 to cancel all after-school activities, except for the Baker Station, South Elgin Park District and West Chicago Park District after school child care programs conducted in District 303 Buildings, according to a statement the district posted on its website.
Students at St. Charles East High School and St. Charles North High School were dismissed 30 minutes early to facilitate timely running of the bus routes at the other District 303 schools. Elementary and middle schools were to be dismissed at their normal dismissal times.
The individual schools will communicate information in the future if any canceled events are to be rescheduled for a later date.
