On Friday night, the 4-1 Saints face 3-2 rival Geneva in a game that very well could decide which of the two teams makes the playoffs.
Yes, there's a lot of football to play between Friday night and the season finale, but if you look at both teams' schedules, this contest is huge.
Adding interest and drama to the game, former Geneva quarterback Shaun Ratay is St. Charles East's offensive coordinator this year, and the Saints have been an offensive juggernaut this season, scoring no less than 28 points in every game and topping 40 twice.
Both teams edged St. Charles North, East taking the crosstown rivalry game in overtime and Geneva winning by a touchdown a week ago by holding off a North Stars charge in the second half.
