St. Charles East Girls Finish 8th in State Swimming Finals

St. Charles North tied with Plainfield Central for 31st in the meet held over the weekend in Winnetka.

The St. Charles East Saints girls finished eighth Saturday during the IHSA finals at New Trier High School in Winnetka, the Daily Herald reports.


The IHSA lists the top 10 finishers’ scores as:


  1. New Trier — 160.5

    • St. Charles North finished tied with Plainfield Central No. 31 with 5 points each.


    The Daily Herald said East’s eighth-place finish is the school’s best since 2000, when the Saints finished in third place.
